TUFF STUFF®
Our TUFF STUFF® spray-on polyurethane provides the best protection for truck beds and countless other surfaces from abrasion, impact, chemicals and corrosion. Tuff Stuff is sprayed up to ¼" thick, and permanently bonds with surfaces to form a watertight and airtight shield. DuraBond®
Rhino Linings offers its DuraBond® formulation for light-duty truck applications as well as for commercial and industrial machinery, vehicles and facilities. DuraBond® is durable, abrasion-resistant and has good noise absorption. It provides a high level of chemical resistance and prevents rust and corrosion. Rhino Shine®
Rhino Shine® Ultra is a revolutionary new product that helps renew the look of a truck bed lining while maintaining the non-skid protective surface. Rhino Shine is specially formulated to erase the dulling oxidation and add extra shine and color to standard black and colored sprayed-on bed linings. This economical, UV-resistant aftercare product also provides great protection against the sun. It can be brushed or sponged on after a fresh application of TUFF STUFF® or DuraSpray®, or it can be used to renew the luster of an older, weathered lining. It is available in black, red, blue, green, grey or clear and can be purchased with a do-it-yourself application kit.

Hi-Chem®

Hi-Chem® is the Rhino Linings formulation with the most chemical resistance. Although it has some flexibility, it is the most rigid formulation with the highest cross-linking. It is typically sprayed onto metal and concrete surfaces. The coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and will not deteriorate from chemical attack.

Typical applications include wastewater manholes, pipelines, wet wells and treatment tanks. Hi-Chem is especially useful in protecting concrete surfaces suffering from the effects of sulfide-based gases found in raw sewage transmission and waste treatment plants.

Another option available is the UV Topcoat for custom coloured bed linings. The UV Topcoat will help maintain the linings' gloss and colour over time.
